Terms of Service

The service

Anaxer provides real-time Solana data — WebSocket streams and a REST API covering token creations, graduations, DEX trades, and prices — along with SDKs (@anaxer/sdk) and an MCP server (@anaxer/mcp) for AI agents (together, the "Service"). We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we'll try to give reasonable notice before changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.

Accounts & API keys

Once accounts launch, you'll need one to get an API key and access the Service beyond the public marketing site. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential, and for all activity that happens under them. Let us know immediately at contact@anaxer.com if you suspect a key has been compromised. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Acceptable use

When using Anaxer, you agree not to:

• Exceed, circumvent, or attempt to circumvent the rate limits, connection limits, or usage caps of your plan.
• Share, sell, sublicense, or resell your API key or access to the Service to third parties without our written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where applicable law permits it.
• Use the Service to build a product that directly competes with Anaxer by reselling our data feeds as your own infrastructure.
• Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, including market manipulation, scams, or misleading representations about tokens or trades.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.

Plans, pricing & billing

Anaxer offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro, and custom Enterprise plans) with different stream, REST request, and historical data limits, described on our pricing page. Once billing launches:

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through a third-party payment processor. We don't store your full payment card details ourselves.
• Upgrades and downgrades are billed pro-rata for the remainder of the billing cycle.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and we don't offer partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
• We may change our pricing going forward. If we do, we'll give existing customers reasonable notice before the change applies to their account.

Blockchain & third-party data

The data Anaxerstreams and serves — token creations, graduations, trades, prices, and related metadata — is sourced from the public Solana blockchain and ecosystems like Pump.fun and PumpSwap. We work to keep this data accurate and timely, but we don't control the underlying chain or programs, and data may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect.

Nothing provided through Anaxeris financial, investment, or trading advice. You're solely responsible for any decisions you make using data from the Service, including decisions to buy, sell, or interact with any token or contract.

Intellectual property

Anaxer, our logo, website, documentation, SDKs, and MCP server are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with them — they don't transfer ownership of anything to you.

You retain all rights to the applications, content, and code you build using the Service. Raw blockchain data delivered through the Service is public on-chain information and isn't owned by either of us.

Service availability

We aim to keep Anaxerfast and reliable, but we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, except where a specific uptime commitment is agreed in writing (for example, in an Enterprise SLA). We may perform maintenance, or suspend or restrict access to the Service, at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the data provided is accurate, complete, or timely, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anaxer Pty Ltdand its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you're on the free plan.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Anaxer Pty Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service or a feature you use. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Anaxerevolves — for example, when we launch accounts, billing, or new features. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and if a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know, such as posting a notice on our website or emailing registered users. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in accordance with that law, except where local law requires otherwise.
